quality control. Heavy knowledge of IT procedures, processes and database
management required.
7/07 - 5/08 - Search Engine Marketing department requiring customer service
utilizing voicemail, e-mail and phone contact when necessary. Database
management of customers' profiles including keying of content for
storefront internet pages. Used as benchmark for daily goals and workload

Primary job: Data entry for generating customer mortgage loans
Database entry for customers in a new loan setup/post closing department.
This position required detailed knowledge of proprietary software with the
ability to switch between programs constantly. This was a highly intricate
process which involved excellent data entry skills, imaging responsibility,
and prioritizing on a daily basis. Worked closely with supervisors devising
reports for daily use by various departments. Used as benchmark for daily
