stakeholders on required actions.
- Restructured workforce to match demand levels; negotiated
repayment schedule with vendors; redesigned shop operations to
increase efficiency; and assumed day-to-day responsibility while
seeking permanent management.
- Achieved cash flow breakeven in two months. Changes attracted

. Knight-ED: Collaborated with management to re-tool financial
