Directed all accounting and finance functions with responsibility for P&L

management, report preparation (income statements, balance sheets, tax

returns), audit process, business planning, financial projections/budgets,

and investor presentations. Implemented financial controls and cost

accounting procedures.

- Evaluated company operations and secured agreement from all

stakeholders on required actions.

- Restructured workforce to match demand levels; negotiated

repayment schedule with vendors; redesigned shop operations to

increase efficiency; and assumed day-to-day responsibility while

seeking permanent management.

- Achieved cash flow breakeven in two months. Changes attracted

acquisition interest.

. Knight-ED: Collaborated with management to re-tool financial

operations. Instituted cost accounting system, financial controls, and

inventory management procedures. Implemented monthly review of key

financial metrics.

- Wrote application and managed process to obtain bank loan, and

over $300K in state economic development incentives to purchase

new capital equipment.
