Technology Commercialization Specialist, Provide critical programmatic and
project management support and expertise to the Assistant VC for Technology
Commercialization and to all Licensing Officers within the OTC. Collaborate
with faculty, attorneys, and other external constituents to support the
promotion of active development and commercialization of inventions.
Independently manage as well as assist Licensing Officers in managing
inventions. Assist OTC in fostering and monitoring research relationships
with governmental agencies, non-profit foundations, and industry, with the
goal of aligning such relationships to help UCR and external parties
advance their respective and mutual research interests. Preparing and
executing MTAs, CDAs, NDAs, NCDs, Licensing Agreements, etc.
In addition to the Office responsibilities, providing assistance to various
groups and organizations such as the Riverside Technology CEO Forum, Inland
Empire Tech Coast Angels, etc. by organizing their events, managing their
databases, filing their information.
