insurance program including elimination of all current plans and

company-wide retirement program to include 401(k), profit sharing and

in a new 401(k) plan within a restricted timeframe.
. Collaborated with multiple merger and acquisition teams for the
Capital One/Chevy Chase Bank integration by coordinating benefit and

transition for the integrated employee group.
. Designed and implemented award-winning Transportation Benefits Program
that provided significant tax savings for the company and increased
employee participation from 100 in first year to more than 700 by year
