QUALIFICATIONS
For my entire career I have been involved in Commercial Construction
performing all phases of the industry from rough and finish Carpentry,
Supervision, Project Management including subcontractor negotiations,
preparing contract documents, estimating, maintaining project
documents for billing purposes, permits, coordination of the work and
correspondence.
I have been charged with Inspection of the work to maintain
conformance with the Specifications, Drawings, including shop drawing
review, Contract Documents and designing changes leading to bulletins.
I have experience with site engineering, material take-off,
fabrication, layout, direct supervision of Tradesmen and completing
all General Conditions requirements.
WORK HISTORY
Superintendent, W-3 Construction 2000 to Present
Total renovation of Oakland County Wastewater Pumping Facility in
Waterford Michigan, the facility was required to maintain 750 million
gallons per day without interruption during the project. Renovation
of the "Pickle Liquor" facilities at the Detroit Wastewater Plant.
Total Boiler Room replacement Project, also at the Detroit Wastewater
Plant, Various SBC/AT&T renovations to up-grade Heating, Cooling and
Electrical Plant in semi-cleanroom, critical infrastructure
environment at telephone company facilities in Ann Arbor, Lansing,
Fenton, Livonia, Dearborn and Detroit Michigan.
Superintendent, Bostleman Corporation 1999 & 1991 to 1993
Preformed Project Management and onsite Superintendent for an occupied
remodel of a Kohl's Department store in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I had
previously worked with this Company on several Meijers Projects
including various out-lot gas stations, and an Olive Garden
Restaurant.
Superintendent, W-3 Construction 1997 to 1998
Total occupied remodel of Rogers Chevrolet Dealership, Woodhaven
Michigan and various automotive/industrial projects and renovations
including a new powerhouse electric substation at the Vistion
Rawsonville plant and liquid waste storage facility at the
Ford Forging plant. While employed with W-3, I was assigned to work
with Modjeski and Masters Bridge Engineering Co. performing concrete
form and on-deck inspections on the Blue Water Bridge replacement,
Port Huron, Michigan.

Project Manager, J. C. Beal Construction 1993 to 1996
Performed many various University of Michigan renovations including a
total remodel and adding a third floor to the Kelsey Museum.
Installing two, ten story tall fire escape stair towers and
construction the new Rare Book Room that included $500,000 in fine
woodwork, both projects were inside the occupied Law School library.
I was also involved in private sector construction including the
Godiko Japanese Restaurant and Church expansions.
