Johnson Houses Apartments, $44 million, New York, NY

Renovation of 4, 14 story & 4, 6 story apartment buildings

consisting of 488 units. Included asbestos abatement,

structural concrete repairs, complete kitchen & bathroom

renovation, roof replacement & lobby renovation.

Marist College Stadium, $8 million, Poughkeepsie, NY

New athletic stadium, artificial playing field, video

scoreboard, lighting, locker rooms, concessions,

administration, radio & television booths & utility

upgrades. Field was constructed for football, soccer &

lacrosse.

Culinary Institute of America, $30 million, Hyde Park, NY

New athletic fields for soccer & softball, 4 new dormitory

buildings, new main entrance, new central plaza, parking

expansions & utility upgrades. Project included isolated

archeological dig area & 2 bridges constructed over

wetlands.

Jacobi Medical Center, $175 million, Bronx, NY

New 8 story, 400,000 sf, 339 bed inpatient hospital tower.

Included were new emergency department, new surgical

suites, physical therapy, rehabilitation areas, parking lot

areas & stormwater containment system.

Hudson Valley Development Center, $10 million, Thiells, NY

New 8,000 sf maintenance building, renovation of 2, 15,000

sf buildings, installation of 6 independent boilers & hot

water heaters, 2 new courtyard areas, parking lot

expansions, new roadway & utility upgrades. Included

contaminated soil treatment procedures.

Bronx Psychiatric Center, $13 million, Bronx, NY

New 8,000 sf kitchen including foot prep area, dishwasher

area, dry storage, refrigerated & freezer areas. New

loading dock, laundry area & dock, new main entrance, new

electrical substation, new trash dock, new dumpster area &

new patient courtyards.

Chelsea Mercantile, $100 million, New York, NY

New 354 unit, 20 story luxury condominium complex,

including retail center, 3 story indoor parking garage,

rooftop garden areas & courtyard areas. Construction

consisted of the renovation of 4, 12 story pre-WW I

buildings & the addition of 8 new stories.

Pine Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant, $41 million, Pine

Hill, NY

New state-of-the-art NYCDEP wastewater treatment facility,

including microfiltration, UV disinfection, sludge

receiving area, on site laboratory & administration

building.

Palisade Galleria Mall, 2.2 million sf, West Nyack, NY

New 4 level retail center which includes parking garage,

movie theater, ice skating rink, Ferris wheel &

merry-go-round. Included NYS Thruway access ramps, 2 new

vehicular bridges, rock blasting & the relocation of 2

closed landfills.
