Lexington Mortgage was a full service commercial mortgage banking firm that
was sold to GMAC in 1996. Lexington led in the development of securitized
hotel and shopping center loans. It also provided real estate advisory
services to acquirers of higher risk commercial mortgage securities.
. Restructured $90 million in FHA-insured multifamily loans and
originated another $220 million of new loans. Conducted asset audits
and underwrote national portfolios of mixed commercial real estate
