Participated on team responsible for research and presentation of intelligence to decision makers at a
manufacturing company to create online database of top regional competitors in the industry.
Mercyhurst College – Resident Assistant, August 2009 to present
Provided student orientation, support, problem-resolution, guidance and discipline to twenty-four
freshman male residents; coordinated periodic in-service trainings and participated in various staff
trainings including communication, conflict resolution, group interaction and leadership.
City of Macedonia Police Department- Volunteer Intern June 2010 to August 2010
Shadowed members of the Police Department, Detectives’ Bureau, and City Prosecutor’s Office to
observe interrogations, investigations, behavioral analysis, interviews and standard police operating
procedures; assisted in routine duties and basic courtroom procedures.
Avon High School – Assistant to IT Department – June to August, 2007
Assisted IT staff with annual cleaning and maintenance of school system computers, repairing and
upgrading of computers, hardware and software installation, and related tasks as needed.
Significant Academic Projects
Course: Advanced Intel Analysis: Country Study: Term-long study of Afghanistan to assess its stability
over a 24 month period, using analytical tools to create/present final product to simulated decision
maker.
Course: Writing for Intelligence: Cyber Security Threat Assessment: Team member, researched and
analyzed threat posed by non-state groups using underground hacking tools, including spyware,
malware, and DDOS attacks in the expanding battlefield of cyber warfare.
Course: Intelligence and National Security: National Security Policy Recommendation: Study and
presentation of the analyst’s recommendations regarding the greatest perceived threat to U.S.
national security, including analysis and recommendations for mitigation of that threat.
