Objective:

I want to apply my experience, knowledge, and proven abilities to the

demanding challenges of Superintendent, supervising and directing

operations within the assigned discipline and area. Supervising and

directing craft activities, subordinate superintendents and all included in

assigned area. Maintain all operations and performances are in compliance

with job specifications and within budget and schedule, to pursue work in

the safest manner, following a "zero accident philosophy".

Qualifications:

I have 30 years of construction practical experience, fully understanding

the duties of being Superintendent on a billion dollar project. I am taking

specialized courses in Construction Management Technology at SWIC and L&C,

to reinforce my existing management skills.
