through the complex maze of life at various levels and categories.

My stay in UET Lahore has helped me inculcate academic skills as

well as interpersonal and professional skills. With this kind of

background I have developed certain skill sets, which would prove

my competence and credibility, which are desired in the present

industrial setup. Given an opportunity to work for your company, I

would be able to use my all array of dispositions and would

certainly prove my worth to the company and thus I would be able

to contribute to the industry as a whole.

Work Experience

Currently working HBK Engineering Services WLL as an Electro

Mechanical Engineer at Hydro Mechanical Division from 14th

February 2012.

Project: GTC 220 - Reservoir Pumping Station cost of QR 32 million

The commissioning works including Pump performance test, Safety

Weighing Test for (5T, 2T & 0.5T) Gantry Cranes, pressure

transmitters, level transmitters, pressure switches, Level

switches, flow meters, differential pressure transmitters,

actuated valves, flow control valves, vibration and temperature

monitoring systems, SCADA control systems & Fire alarm and fire

suppression system done in capacity of 9 million liters per day

Reservoir Pumping station (GTC220) in Qatar.

Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners,

quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the

project.

Implement the maintenance schedule for 355kw Centrifugal Pumps,

5T, 2T & 0.5T Gantry Cranes & other Mechanical equipment

Attend to general maintenance issues and troubleshooting in the

pumping station and work with the Operations regarding the

process.

Finalizing the Documentation works including as built checking and

other O & M manuals submitting to the client.

Project: GTC 353 - Extension of Doha South Reservoir Pumping

Station cost of QR 12million

Installation of actuated valves, Level switches, Radar level

transmitters and many instruments as per the P & IDs and reservoir

flood light and other electrical installation.

Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners,

and the general workforce involved in the project.

Liaising with clients and their representatives (Engineers and

Responsible authorizes), including attending regular meetings to

keep them informed of progress.

The commissioning works including, Level Switches, Radar level

transmitters, Magnetic level gauges, Actuated Valves, and etc.

SCADA control systems of Reservoir Pumping station (GTC353) in

Qatar.

Attend to general maintenance issues and troubleshooting in the

Reservoir equipment's and works with the Operations regarding the

process.

Finalizing the Documentation works including as built checking and

other O & M manuals submitting to the client

Project: GTC 275 - Reinforcement of Water transmission to Madinat

Al Shamal Reservoir Pumping Station cost of QR 6 million

Installation of mechanical, electrical & instrumentation items

including actuated valves, pressure release valves, flow control

valves, Level switches, Radar level transmitters and many

instruments as per the P & IDs and reservoir flood light and other

electrical items.

The commissioning works including, Flow Control Valves, Flow

meters, Actuated Valves, and etc. SCADA control systems of

Reservoir Pumping station (GTC275) in Qatar.

Liaising with clients and their representatives (Engineers and

Responsible authorizes), including attending regular meetings to

keep them informed of progress.

Attend to general maintenance issues and troubleshooting in the

Reservoir equipment's and works with the Operations regarding the

process.

Finalizing the Documentation works including as built checking and

other O & M manuals submitting to the client

Project: CP6C - Lusail City Development; Primary Infrastructures

cost of QR 92 million

Check all drawings against the project specifications/ Prepare

method of statements related to construction activities as per

required/ Provide applicable and latest drawing to site

supervisor/ Follow construction problems and give a proper

solution as per engineering design requirements/ Review Material

approval requests, field change notices, change orders, progress

reports/ Follow up RFI processing to Consultant to check as per

ITP and project procedures/ Follow up construction daily activity

as per planned schedule/ Follow up sub-contractors and control

their productivity

Start construction of two potable Water Reservoir Pumping Station,

two Irrigation Pumping station, one Storm Water Pumping Station

and one Sewage Water Pumping Station.

Collecting the Goods in to the site from approved suppliers and

currently carrying out the installation Pumps, Cranes, Valves,

Surge systems, and other electrical and instrumentation in the

site.

Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors,

planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in

the project

Liaising with clients and their representatives (Engineers and

Responsible authorizes), including attending regular meetings to

keep them informed of progress.

Working at the world largest flour mill under one roof; Prima

Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd as a Mechanical Engineer from 19th April 2010 to

11th February 2012.

Hands on experience in Flour milling process & Wheat Cleaning

process (3600MT/day Total milling capacity of Buhler made Flour

mill)

Hands on experience in Pelletizing Process in pellet mill.

(700MT/day Total Capacity Buhler Plant)

Was in charge of Flour Packing section (Average Capacity 72000

bags per day) and Bag printing Process for the customer demand.

Handle Enterprises Recourse Planning (ERP) and Material Recourse

Planning (MRP) system in factory (Move X and Lawson platforms).

Monitor stock situations and daily issues to ensure all resources

are readily available to start production on time as well satisfy

the customer demand.

Plan, implement and monitor attendance system, shift work

schedules and overtime schedules to ensure production in

Production Department.

Directly involved to equipments calibration which is used in mill

and packing section (Flow balancers, Flour Scale, Moisture

Controller,Transflowtron, Metal Detectors & etc.)

Carrying out upgrading/installation of new machines,

attending/rectifying major machine breakdowns, upgrading process

efficiencies and general maintenance in Production department.

Handle the Quality Management System (QMS) in Mill and Packing

section with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & HACCP standard and maintaining

the documents.

Inspect process areas during shifts to ensure non conformances are

detected and corrective actions are taken to minimize losses and

maintaining the Hygiene in the section.

As an internal auditor carrying out internal audits, identifying

issues while taking corrective actions and handling customer

complaints.

Evaluate training needs and organize training programmes for all

staff in production department annually as per the requirements &

competency matrix.

Engaged with Flour silos and other necessary Fumigations.

Working at Finest quality salt manufacture in Sri Lanka; Raigam
