• Developed and implemented Global Data Center Reporting Dashboard for 20 of the

Bank’s largest data centers incorporating views into utilization, capacity planning and

forecasting.

• Standardized and implemented a global standard to baseline data center maintenance

p rotocols designed to ensure that maintenance was being consistently performed on the

s trategic direction on world-wide data center investments.

• Implemented Aperture Vista Data Center Management to a standard global

configuration supporting IT assets in 500,000 sq ft of computer room raised f loor

i mplemented in 11 countries.

• Formulated an interdisciplinary Data Center Sustainability Team t hat measured,

managed and t racked energy utilization in the 8 largest data centers resulting in

sustainable efficiency improvements of 4-8%.

• Assisted in formulation of Global Disaster Recovery and Out of Region Disaster

Recovery policies.

• Established Global Consolidation and M igration Standards methodology and

p ractices u tilized by the various Global IT Operations organizations to consistently plan

and execute data center migrations.
