Disciplined senior executive and business consultant, I have a unique

I've also obtained and managed various financing such as venture,
investment and merchant banking.

Selected Accomplishments
Drove successful capital raising campaign. KMS Energy built/owned several
power plants and needed further capital to expand. Hired Canadian
underwriters to take company public on Toronto Stock Exchange. Performed
road shows. Closed $67M IPO and following year secured $30M in added
funding, then led successful merger.
Formed Joint Venture. TEG relied on consulting work from two clients for
its revenue. Recommended TEG diversify. Capitalized on North American
Electric Reliability Corp. relationship to create on-line certification
program for power grid operators. Developed program. Formed JV with Iowa
State University for program rollout.
Grew company significantly. After purchasing Forbes Services (a commercial
electrical service firm), worked with IBEW to create interim electricians
program to increase number of techs to expand business. Quadrupled business
in two years. Increased clients from 50 to 300, such as Sears Tower, O'Hare
/ Midway airports, and area hospitals.
Negotiated exclusive landfill rights. Requested by Team Energy Inc to lend
expertise for $4M landfill project, converting landfill gas to compressed
natural gas, saving vehicle owners $1.5/gallon of gas. Negotiated exclusive
rights to landfill with city officials, while also becoming member of
University of Florida's Incubator Program.
Led medical facility development project. Wise Inc, a group of surgeons
wanted to open a new facility. Identified site. Negotiated below-market
price for land. Secured 100% financing. Used value engineering to reduce
initial construction costs by $400K. Led project from design to move in,
finishing five days early and $124K under budget.

Senior Business Consultant, 2002 to Present. Consult with companies in
healthcare, electrical, power, and construction industries. Services

obtain $4M landfill contract for this small alternative energy firm,

estate firm to build 12000sf & 15000sf medical facilities (IL and TN).
