maintenance, settlement, digital content transmission and management, power purchase, project

structure and finance, management, consultant, marketing, technology agreements including

intellectual property, non-disclosure and licensing, procurement, joint powers, development, credit,

construction, real estate property sale and purchase, real estate development, capital projects, lease,

easement, right of entry, telecommunications, fiber conduit lease, cooperative, bylaws, franchise,

asset seizure and forfeiture payment, grant and escrow.

• Negotiated to execution contractual agreements for multi-million dollar project development and

finance of renewable energy production facilities (including solar, natural gas, geothermal, wind and
