2005 - Present Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Training.

Implemented and managed AES Organic Greenbelt training, providing 160

AES employees the training and tools for Lean Six Sigma deployment

within their organizations. Responsible for transactional/business

infrastructure process improvements at the AES Headquarters level

including the management of Halo Projects that encompass the

improvement of 13 separate projects, 5 of which are running

concurrently to improve the overall operation of the Subcontracting

process. Co-facilitated kaizen at Government facility to improve

Customers Task Order Proposal process. Completed several kaizen's to

improve Business Development Process. Completed kaizen/workshop to

develop workflow in new acquisition

2005 - 2007 Quality Systems Manager, Advanced Engineering Sciences

(AES) - Responsible for Quality Management System at 3 locations,

facilitating teams, identifying and implementing continual

improvements throughout the value stream.

2005 - Assigned to several ITT locations in China Successfully

completed several projects that increased capacity and improved

efficiency of production facilities for telecommunications products.

2005 - Assigned to ITT World Wide Water (WWW) for the performance of a

high level project that improved the municipalities' proposal process

through the development of a best practice for world wide deployment.

2004 - 2005 Supply Chain Quality Management, Aerospace Communications

Division (ACD). - Managed, authored and implemented the Supply Chain

Quality Management process at ITT Aerospace Communications Division

(A/CD).

Quality Systems Manager, ITT Cannon (EC) - Managed the implementation

of a compliant AS 9100, ISO 9001 and QS 9000 Quality Management System

for ITT Cannon Connectors in Santa Ana, Ca and Nogales, Mexico.

1998 to 2004, Senior Quality Engineer, Aerospace Communications

Division (ACD). Developed and maintained compliant ISO 9001:2000

Quality Management System successfully implemented at 3 locations

within the division; Clifton New Jersey, Fort Wayne Indiana, San Diego

California.

Developed and managed Internal Audit Program including auditor

training program. Trained and monitored activities of 17 auditors.

Accomplished the successful transition of the organization from ISO

9001 to AS-9100B and CMMI Level III.

Coordinated and assisted with implementation of Quality Management

System for ITT Advanced Engineering Sciences Division in Colorado

Springs, Co and Huntsville, Al.
