Drive transformation and change by providing lead facilitation of Community
Engagement Strategy focused on deepening support, understanding and
commitment to the CMSD transformation, developing an authentic vehicle for
community and district leadership dialogue, visioning and proactive problem
solving, reducing tension related issues and engaging the hearts and minds

. Recruited and deployed 20 trainers to facilitate and document dialogue
sessions about the impact of change and the needs of faculty, students,
and members of the community as a result of closing 16 schools within the
district.

. Provided lead facilitation for one of the closing schools' series of
