EXPERIENCE

Graphic Designer at Sparrow Marketing, at Sparrow Health Systems from 5th

January 2009 to present. As a part of the Marketing graphic team,

responsibilities include working closely with department managers and

service line leaders to develop marketing and promotion graphics for

distribution in print, on the web, and multimedia venues. Create, develop,

promote and manage the graphic identity of Sparrow in order to design and

produce effective marketing and communication materials for internal and

external audiences. Some projects include:

. Successfully launched Sparrow's new brand identity and website.

. Successfully implemented Sparrow's new mission, vision, values and

brand promise to 98% of associates, physicians and volunteers.

Specifically creating print material for the leaders kits as well as

Sparrow Gear online store that included management, development,

direction of photo shoot and designing.

. Design of 2009, 2010 and 2011 Women's Expo event materials that

communicated Sparrow services at the event.

. Achieved implementation of Touchpoint database, specifically designing

LifeTime affinity

membership kit, re-enrollment kit, marketing brochure and promotional

pieces, which resulted in 4000, plus people enrolling in the program.

Student Graphic Designer at Design X 9, The University of Akron from 26th

August to 15th December 2008. Worked on poster for University theater and

dance group and ADDY awards 2009.

Student Assistant at The Archives of the History of American Psychology

(AHAP), University of Akron from 16th January to 16th May 2008. Worked on

promotional brochure for AHAP's upcoming center.

Summer internship at DaCapo Design Company, San Diego from 1st July to 25th

August 2007. Worked on website for DaCapo Design and invite for 11th

anniversary celebration of Christie's Place.

Project Designer at Dorling Kindersley Pvt. Ltd., India with the Travel

Guides team from 1st March 2006 to 31st Dec 2006. Responsibilities as a

project designer included conceptualizing and visualizing all artwork

spreads, responsible for all aspects of design in the project from initial

planning to the final disc date, to ensure that the project is accomplished

to the required standards on time, delegating task to the second designer

on the project and monitoring their progress.
