Technology Project Manager
As a part of Global Financial Messaging (GFM) I successfully managed and
implemented the Enterprise Release of SWIFT Standards which is an annual
project for GFM. In addition I have also successfully managed and
implemented a Tier 3 (small project) to remove business rules from the
filtering server. At this time I am currently managing four large projects
with budgets of over $350K. With these projects it is my responsibility to
maintain resource allocation; project planning; milestones; status
meetings; tracking and mitigating action items in addition to many other
requirements as outlined in JPMC's Project Delivery Framework or also
considered Waterfall.
Global Commercial Card PMO - Project Manager
Within the Global Commercial Card PMO I successfully managed
(simultaneously) multiple international projects in the EMEA (Europe,
Middle East and Asia) region which have and will continue to generate
millions of dollars in revenue for the company. Just a few of the projects
that I managed were PSD D+0, Ireland Direct Debit and as BAU projects Italy
and Austria Direct Debit. In addition, I had been engaged to manage two
other global projects which were EFS/Public Sector POCA Phase 3 and Order-
to-Pay e-Invoicing which was a technology project.
With all of my projects I met the business requirements for product
solutions. Prepared project plans to include project definition, scope,
resources and schedule. Understanding and prioritizing projects and tasks
to achieve business and company objectives. Organized, facilitated and
managed weekly status meetings to include providing agendas/meeting minutes
and action item log (which was updated on a continuum basis). Produced
executive reports on assigned projects to keep management apprised of
project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone
