overall branch profitability as well as completing over $2 million worth of construction projects myself annually.

Construction staff under my direct supervision included 3 project managers, 1 general superintendent, 10 project

superintendents, 1 shop coordinator, and 1 equipment repairman along with 50-75 union field employees that

complete in house concrete, carpentry, demolition and drywall work.

Responsible for commercial construction branch operations of company. Skills include reviewing and

negotiating construction contracts, staff policies and procedures, construction department staffing and staff

reviews, assignment of staff projects, review of major project estimates and proposals, departmental budget

development and overall branch profitability. Construction staff under my direct supervision included 1 sr.

project manager, 5 project managers and 6 superintendents, a chief estimator, separate field coordinators for

concrete, masonry and services divisions and field employees of approx. 50 that complete in house concrete,

masonry, carpentry, demolition and painting work.

04/98- 04/00 Senior Project Manager

The Jansen Group, Milwaukee, WI

Responsible for commercial construction projects from start up to closeout, including conceptual estimating,

hard bidding, contract administration, overall project administration, scheduling, pay applications, etc. Projects

included various retail and commercial tenant improvement work, a printing company plant, a school addition

and remodeling and a country club addition and remodeling. Responsible for mentoring of 1 college intern who

worked as my assistant for approximately 6 months.

05/94- 04/98 Director of Major Projects

Similar to the Jansen Group above. Projects were primarily interior remodeling and build-out types. Projects

included a 4-floor tenant improvement project at 100 East Wisconsin Ave, a building addition for a millwork

fabricator in Oak Creek, and many interior remodeling projects throughout the greater Milwaukee area.
