I am a CPA with twenty-three years experience and have served as a Vice

President, Chief Financial Officer and Trustee for seven years. I also have

significant experience as a hands-on Controller. I have worked in multi-

entity environments, for fortune 500 companies, family owned businesses and

not for profits. Through the course of my career I have managed other CPAs
