allocating fixed assets and credit union expenses. Support accounts
payable processing by imaging, processing invoices through Symitar and
ImageCenter. Provide accounting support services to branches and
departments with proper procedures and policies, researching of member
and teller discrepancies, assist with any accounting situations. Monitor
and balance daily report of corporate checks-verify general ledger
matches corporate checks then file checks in numerical and department
order. Write up and enter general ledger entries into accounting
software, monitor general ledgers are correct and reconcile each account
weekly.
Assist with monitoring branches and departments are within salary and
supply budgets. Provide daily and monthly financial and check reports to
executive management. Research discrepancies and problems with fixed
asset contracts and invoices. Allocating expenses to correct departments,
such as postal expenses from DHL, UPS and FedEx.
