EXPERIENCE I completed a temporary appointment with the U.S. Department of
SUMMARY: Agriculture. Prior to this, I worked as a contractor with the
Parker, Whitfield and Company, I worked with the U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services (HHS) as "Assistant Project Manager" in
the Division of Financial Operations, within the Office of
Financial Management Services. In performing my duties, I used
UFMS, a centralized, agency-wide financial reporting system, which
provides integrated financial queries and reports, as well as
consolidated statements. I previously served as a "Staff
Accountant" there. I supported multiple customer agencies* through
the UFMS.

automated travel orders; non-automated training orders; and, stipend
payments and scholarships. I also reconciled purchase orders and
contracts, and I retrieve, process, inventory, and manage accounting
records. I was responsible for the reviewing, recording and
processing purchase orders and contracts in the UFMS.

I entered the company with the job title of Staff Accountant in
support of financial operations within HHS; i.e., for the Division of
Financial Operations, within the Office of Financial Management
Services organization. I trained on CORE, which had been the official
accounting and financial management system for the Program Support
Center in the Division of Financial Operations, within the Office of
Financial Management Services. (CORE is a heavily modified version of
Federal Success, which was an off-the-shelf federal accounting
package.) In my initial contractor position, I was largely
responsible for verifying and obligating accounting documents. Bonus
and promotion received 07/2007.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT: Information Services Assistant - I
accessed and updated medical records through Kaiser Permanente's automated
system as well as filing these records by hand. Administrative Support
Assistant - I supported the Inspector General's Freedom of Information Act
program within the U.S. Department of Energy. I reviewed requested
