Objective: The main focus of my experience has been in the areas of

Customer Service and Management. In addition to variety of positions, I

have also completed formal training in Supervisor, Management and Customer

ensuring that accurate information is received and submitted, along with

handling customers in a professional manner. Ensuring the calls are

entered, prioritized and dispatched in a timely manner.

Campus Door Call Center College Loans February 1, 2006 to May 11 2009

As a Operational Supervisor. I lead a team of 15 to 20 representatives that

handled all aspect of the loan processing from taking phone applications to

processing all paperwork associated with the student loans, such as

clearing the identity and looking for any fraud issues, reading the credit

reports, following up with the applicants to ensure their loan was

processed in a timely manner. Handling customer complaint as well as any

comments they had. Answering any billing questions the customer may have.
