Summary of
qualifications Production Supervisor: Working in bean and popcorn
factory. Daily production, supervising all
employees, weekly time sheets and making sure all
employees are safe.
Labor: Poured mud mats for bolt cages, built bolt
cages and poured foundations. Off loading tower
components. Set base, mids and then to top out.
Put up the neg-micon. I did all aspect, from
prepping the towers before flying them. I worked in
the towers as they where put together, bolt the
towers together, torque and torque marked, helped
build the rotors and blades.
Field Technician. After construction Enxco hired me
as a Field technician to service the 33 towers.
Civil Foreman. Charge of the labor crew; we layed
out string roads to the tower sites, holes for
excavation for foundations, all radius for roads,
tower components to tower sites. Remove and replace
fence lines, install culverts where needed, did all
the reclaim and approaches to finished towers. The
erosion control where was needed with silk fence.
Electrical Staging Foreman. Charge of the labor
crew; stage the buss bars in top of the base
section, hardware for the buss bars and grounds,
installed all lights in light fixtures and check
the wiring in the lights, buss bars covers and
cable trays, cord caps for temporary lighting.
Inventoried each base section for lugs bolts,
hardware for DTA and nacelle. Installed all FAA
lights while nacelle was on the ground. Terminated
FAA lights in the nacelle. Wiring the D.T.A and
transition decks. Routed cables over D.T.A, cut,
striped and crimped lugs for stator cables. Also
rotor cables grounds and then phase tape. Land all
cables and torque bolts. I inspected tower section
and blades for damage.
Management. Daily foreman meetings, labor time
sheets, foreman's reports, and JHA meets with crew
for daily tasks. Raises, hiring and firing of crew
members. Exit papers.
Heavy Equipment. Telly, bobcat, roller and backhoe.
I was trained to give telly handler test to the
labors.
Self-employment. Building houses from start to
finish. Remolding houses. Pouring concrete for
sidewalks and garages. Use of all types of power
tools.
