INTRODUCTION
In 1981 I started working in the Plumbing, Heating, Refrigeration, and Cooling
trades. Since that time I have had the opportunity to work for both large and small HVAC
companies which included work in residential, commercial and industrial applications. I
worked for 18 years in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area and the last 11 years in
the Moose Lake, Cloquet, and Duluth areas. The metro area was a great training field in
which to start, as there were many diverse and challenging situations almost daily. Also,
learning the trades from Masters in their fields and performing these skills to meet the
strictest of State, Local, and Federal codes and regulations.

Design and install complete HVACR system for 20,000 sq. ft. building with full
size Gymnasium, Commercial Kitchen, Sanctuary, Daycare Center, Library,
Offices etc. Systems included two 15-ton RTU’s for Gym, a 10-ton unit for
office/library & bathrooms, 400,000btu Gas Fired Make-Up Air Unit,
Commercial Stainless Steel Cook Hoods, Exhaust Fans with Control Interlock,
Fantech Commercial Heat Recovery Ventilator, Honeywell Control Systems, etc.
2. First National Bank of Moose Lake, MN Year 2004.
Complete Mechanical and Electrical renovation of entire complex. Total of
300,000 BTU Forced Air HeatingPplant, total of 12-Tons of cooling capacity, 6-
Zone system with set-back operation. Installation of Make-Up Air system and
Economizer with free cooling capabilities and a 3,600 CFM drive. Installation of
a Commercial Air Exchange Ventilation System
3. Moose Lake Hockey Arena
Install a 1,000 gallon 23-KW Off-Peak “Hydrokinetics” electric boiler system. A
150-amp off-peak electric panel & meter was installed with a modulating outdoor
reset controller. All Hydronic Radiant Baseboard and Fan Coil Units.
4. Refugee Radio Station in Duluth, MN 2006 and 2007.
Existing commercial building with about 6,000 Sq. Ft. Recording Studios sound
proof all ductwork, mechanical system, etc.
Mechanical renovation and system updates with Trane Energy Management
Controls Trane Vari-Trac Temperature Sensing and Bypass Air control system.

activities program called the “Extreme Team” working with churches in Moose Lake
which provided boundary water canoe trips, summer/winter camping and teaching
