. Established Application Development COE to support new Managed Services

operating model. Led development and deployment of policies, processes,

job aids, tools, competency models, metrics, monthly forums, as well as

savings of over 20% in productivity improvements.

. Drove Cost of Rework initiative across enterprise and reduced rework

percentage from over 20% in early 2009 to 9% at end of 2010, saving in

. Launched company's flagship web-based Client Access portal, InvestView,

. Stabilized Messaging Middleware platforms, SeeBeyond, Mercator, and

improved implementation quality by 90%. Consolidated messaging onto

SeeBeyond and MQ as well as decommissioned Mercator. Delivered 200

messaging interfaces.

. Re-engineered content management by introducing Documentum and ASR as

standard ECM platforms. Developed and implemented ECM enabled

applications, including InvestView report retrieval, Prodagio Contract,

Institutional Custody Imaging, Wall Street Office Fax Workflow, and

report archiving for various business areas, totaling 250K reports

daily. Decommissioned use of FileNet for new report archiving.

Warehouse, GPIF Data Warehouse (Japan), SWIFT gateways, and Funds

including test management, configuration management and SQA.

. Created new offshore, solution based development model from scratch and

formed ongoing partnership with Syntel, first in company to successfully

legacy data to State Street platforms and decommissioned legacy IBT

. Directed Information Warehouse, in-house development of integrated,

single, global source of financial transactions and reporting

. Managed CitiFile, integration and rollout of Netik package solution to

enable file-based customer delivery to customer ERPs, with target

volumes of 10M transactions per day and 2M per hour.

. Responsible for CitiDirect back-end integration for web-based Electronic

Banking delivery platform for transaction initiation and information

reporting with total investment close to $1BN over five years.

. Downsized department staffing and expense budget from 250 people and

$50M to 125 and $18M with minimal impacts on project delivery and

production support quality.

. Increased use of offshore resources 300%, from 50 to 150, and became the

single largest user within the corporate bank. Mandated use of

offshore and fixed priced model for all new development work. Migrated

in-house applications to offshore for ongoing support and enhancement.

Appointed by senior management as "offshore evangelist" to promote

offshore usage and share best practices with other teams.

. Achieved cost reductions through aggressive use of offshore resources to

replace 100% of consultants and 50% of FTE's in US and UK. Moved 80% of

Directed 19 Chicago-based systems professionals in addition to external

consultants in supporting Global Trade Services back office, electronic

banking and front-office needs. Oversaw Object Tradeline, main thrust of

company's $12M investment over three years in upgrading Global Trade

Services back office, developed in partnership with AMS. Launched

FirstTrade, market-leading electronic banking product for LC and

Documentary Collection transactions integrated with bank standard

FirstWindow 2000 platform. Proposed and implemented innovative technology

solution to win Disney Store's multimillion-dollar import business.

Vice President, FirstWindow 2000 Project Head 1990-1994

Led team of 50 people in developing FirstWindow 2000, Windows-based

electronic banking product to streamline corporate customers' global funds

transfer and information reporting activities. Overcame challenges,

ranging from use of new technologies to include Windows and Object-

Oriented, vendor staff turnovers, to Great Chicago Flood of 1992.

Relocated entire team to vendor site for collaboration and worked to launch
