savings of over 20% in productivity improvements.

. Re-engineered content management by introducing Documentum and ASR as
standard ECM platforms. Developed and implemented ECM enabled
applications, including InvestView report retrieval, Prodagio Contract,
Institutional Custody Imaging, Wall Street Office Fax Workflow, and

daily. Decommissioned use of FileNet for new report archiving.

. Downsized department staffing and expense budget from 250 people and
$50M to 125 and $18M with minimal impacts on project delivery and

. Increased use of offshore resources 300%, from 50 to 150, and became the
single largest user within the corporate bank. Mandated use of
offshore and fixed priced model for all new development work. Migrated
in-house applications to offshore for ongoing support and enhancement.

offshore usage and share best practices with other teams.

company's $12M investment over three years in upgrading Global Trade
Services back office, developed in partnership with AMS. Launched
FirstTrade, market-leading electronic banking product for LC and
Documentary Collection transactions integrated with bank standard
FirstWindow 2000 platform. Proposed and implemented innovative technology
solution to win Disney Store's multimillion-dollar import business.
Vice President, FirstWindow 2000 Project Head 1990-1994
Led team of 50 people in developing FirstWindow 2000, Windows-based
electronic banking product to streamline corporate customers' global funds
transfer and information reporting activities. Overcame challenges,
ranging from use of new technologies to include Windows and Object-
Oriented, vendor staff turnovers, to Great Chicago Flood of 1992.
