1. Analyze and evaluate student papers ranging from undergraduate

compositions to master's degree thesis documents and provide feedback

to students in accordance with company rubrics to ensure

quality and consistency.

Senior Consultant-Ernst & Young LLP (1996-1999)

E&Y is one of the world's leading professional services firms that helps

companies across the globe to capitalize on opportunity by providing

consulting services based on in-depth industry knowledge and business

process expertise.

2. Makino Inc.-As Project Manager of Training, conducted needs analysis,

created strategies, work plans and deliverables targeted to project

initiatives and timelines. Developed project guidelines and standards

for engagement. Identified resources and established training teams

composed of client company employees, consultants and third-party

contractors. Coordinated and provided team-member development.

Partnered with SMEs and super users to design curriculum and develop

training products for 200+ end-users. Developed end-user documentation

standards and style guide for use by training developers and technical

education for Ernst & Young consultants on project management on E&Y

training development methodology for use in ERP initiatives by

training development consultants. Designed, developed and delivered

training to consultants on proprietary software to track and manage

SAP scripts and technical documentation.

DACG, a global firm, provided employee education and end-user support

solutions to companies implementing ERP software systems and other business

Teacher-Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (1991-1993)

The Cypress-Fairbanks School District, located in Houston, is the third

largest school district in the state of Texas with an enrollment of more

than 100,000 students.

6. Designed curriculum and developed objectives, lessons, activities and

assessments for over 100 students in grades 6 through 8. Managed a

classroom with 25 to 30 students to maximize learning. Communicated

effectively with parents and community.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Officer-American Association of University Women (2000-2007)

AAUW is a nationwide network of more than 100,000 members and 500

university partners. For over 129 years, AAUW has advanced equity for women

and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research.

. Co-President of Beaverton Branch 2005-2007-Coordinated board of

officers to fulfill branch mission and complete projects. Served as

interface with state and national AAUW leaders as well as official

representative of AAUW to the community. Presided over board and

branch meetings.

. Chair of Booksale Fundraiser 2005-Coordinated over 100 volunteers to

collect donated books from the community. Organized over 15,000 books

into 30+ categories and ran a 5-day sales event. Secured a retail

location at Cedar Hills Crossing Mall and managed publicity,

advertising and communications. Granted over $10,000 in college

scholarships to women and girls locally as well as across Oregon.

. Local Coordinator of Russian Leadership Program 2004- Sponsored by The

Open World Program to enable emerging leaders from Russia and other

Eurasian countries to experience American democracy and civil society

in action. Organized activities and learning events across Oregon for

ten men and women from the former USSR to see and experience American

educational and societal institutions and customs.

. Vice President of Programs 2001-2003-Organized and booked speakers for

monthly branch meetings on current events as well as topics of

interest to members. Speakers varied from the superintendent of the

Northwest Regional Education Service District to Chautauqua presenters

from the Oregon Council for the Humanities to local and state

politicians. Secured meeting facilities at the Beaverton Community

Center and Beaverton City Library.

. Chair of Communications 2000-2005-Wrote and edited the branch

newsletter for distribution to all chapter members as well as to state

and national committees. Won recognition for best Oregon branch

newsletter in 2002. Created the first website for the Beaverton

Branch.
