EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

20 July 2005 - 03 December 2010: TRICARE Eurasia Africa Training Manager

SAIC/MEDPROTECT TRICARE Benefits Service Rep. (BSR) staff in Europe, Africa

and the Middle East.

Ensured all military medical facilities had coverage as required.

Responsible

for field support staff as out-lined below. Ensured all CHCS and DOES

compliances were documented and processed as outlined in TRICARE Europe

training

documents. Technical expert for CHCS and DOES for all BSRs in Eurasia

Africa.

Ensured training materials were updated and distributed to all BSRs.

Directly supervised 6 persons and monitored 48 TRICARE service centers

employees.
