implements those approved. Involved in negotiating highly profitable

acquisitions at attractive terms.

? Responsible for managing large scale lease acquisition efforts in the

highly competitive Marcellus Shale play in Pennsylvania. Manages and

directs activities of 4 land service contractors (40-120 field landmen)

buying leases in 7 counties. Takes a direct and active role in leasing

activities by speaking at organized landowner meetings. Prepares and

approves all changes to lease forms. Approves lease counter-offer terms.

Manages leasing budget.
