SUMMARY
Combined experience in the last seventeen (17) years in the Mechanical Electrical Engineering

2003, Windows 2008 Server, Window XP, Vista, Window 7 and Linux
03/01/10 – Present Project Lead Programmer/Project Manager
Mesquite Information Technologies, LLC
I was responsible for building 3 websites and SEO for one of our client.
The 1st site was for a medical office Five Star Vein Institute [www.fivestarvein.com] This site
was built with PHP, JavaScript, custom CSS and MYSQL. This is a CMS using Drupal.
2nd Website was for Laird Plastics [http://www.lairdplastics.com/] This site was actually
converted from a framework called Moombo to a Joomla website. This site required an extensive
rework because of the conversion and custom theme work. This also required lots of
customization to the Joomla modules. One of the reasons that it required extensive customization
is that it required us to connect Joomla to JDE database (DB2). Also, this site is running on a i-
series (AS400) with AIX OS and Zend Server, which presented its own problem.
3rd Website was built for Laird Plastics [http://lairdu19.lairdplastics.com/] This site is the
employees educational website that allows them to go through specific courses and be certified.
This site automatically grades the students and issues a certificate when appropriate. This site can
be opened also to their vendors. It was built on Moodle. The primary technology used for this is
PHP, JavaScript, MYSQL, and Zend Server, running on a i-Series (AS400) with a OS of AIX.
Currently I am working on the company’s first product. There are 3 phase for this project.
Phase I building a stand-alone desk top application written in VFP 9. Phase II is to build a
Website and a backend database using MYSQL, PHP 5.3 or later, JavaScript. Phase II will also
send text message and alerts to cell phones. Phase III will interphases with RV Dealerships

that I used for these projects are VFP7, VFP9, MS SQL Server 2005, and .Net Web services.

review and make corrections on technical specifications. After implementing code changes or
enhancements I was responsible for documenting my own unit testing, reviewing quality control
test documents and approving them, preparing a content review document in reference of the
changes I made, and presenting to Support Desk level one through three. Some additional
management tools that I used to perform all these tasks was Viper-Project Management Tool,

One of the applications that I create tracks potential Welfare fraud that is called the District

Mining and alerts Child Support Officers of potential cases that Welfare fraud may be committed
on. I have also written a DMV Screen Scrape, which allows a Child Enforcement Officer to
connect to the DMV mainframe, and scrape the record and load it into our database. The Screen
Scrape was written in FoxPro 2.6. I wrote a Com Object in VFP 6 SP3 for the Screen Scrape that
is to be used in The New Bureau of Child Support System (Rally2000). This system was
