Improved cost tracking to gain 20% in revenues. Northbrook Partners lacked reliable report to bill construction
management fees. Developed procedure to link and reconcile Yardi module to the GL. Cross-trained staff on
system use. Improved automation resulted in capturing all internal costs and a sharp increase in billable fees.

to be competitive in lending market. Renegotiated $500M revolving credit agreement. Created system to generate
real time liquidity and packaged loans for secondary CMBS markets. Achieved drop in basis points from 180 to 65.
Upgraded reporting accuracy through automation. CPC had PC-based accounting system was that error prone.
Converted GL from NewViews to Timberline without external help. Created accurate reports for investors that were
highly reliable and error free, gaining an improved reputation with the investment community.
Reduced audit hours and losses on REOs. Crossland Savings was facing new GAAP rules for REOs that
affected reserve requirements. Analyzed regulatory procedures and discovered substituting interest rate for cost of
funds improved accuracy and reduced write-off to 25% from 50%, reducing audit hours and losses.
Filed timely reporting for 99 subsidiaries in all 50 states. Crossland Savings had to file multitude of tax returns
during substantial growth period. Took on task of researching tax programs and determined module used by Arthur
