Responsible for daily A/R processes; manage vendor/supplier relations; and oversee the timely, accurate
processing of invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos and payment transactions.
Maintain adherence to corporate, accounting and GAAP standards; address escalated issues from
employees and vendors regarding accounts payable; and ensure accurate and compliant A/R files and
records in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
• Managed the accurate and timely processing of invoices for large, multi-site organizations. Assess
and close A/R sub-ledger on a monthly basis, validated content and resolved various issues.
• Resolve account issues which may include: processing credit requests; processing and forwarding
payment requests.

account.

number in inventory system.
• Inspect inventory in regional warehouses to ensure that items are not deteriorated/damaged for
issuance purposes.
• Manage administrative support including: creating new files for vendors, enter all sales orders,
invoice all sales orders, handle incoming sales calls and track sales orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist in the supervision of all aspects of conference and trade show participation including
promotions.
• Responsible for daily operations including: answering telephones, e-mailing customers, filing and
creating business correspondence.
