. Worked the order desk by verifying accuracy of the parcel number and

generated tax print out.

. Located and verified the correct arb or tract number, posted order to

TRW and printed entire chain of title.

. Double check the names of owners on tax sheets with the title chain as

well as on direct base files. If no direct base on our title chain, I

would pull a parallel base.

. If orders were not posted in our map books, I would run entire tract

on TRW and look for parallel base. Input all information into our

order tracking system when complete and log into Title Officer

Department.

checked for any pending bankruptcy or mechanics liens, etc. from the

date of preliminary report to the closing date.

. Run new buyers on the TRW computer back 10 years to ensure liens were

cleared before closing.

. Check statement information forms to clear our client from others with

similar name.

. Communicated closely with title and escrow officers for closing status

of my files.

. Assisted with new orders by locating parcel number, legal description,

pull maps, locate property, enter legal description on our TRW

computer, locate our client on printout and pull any documents back to

full value deed, or direct base, pull base to make sure our deeds were

in correct recording order and submit to Title Officer for exam

report.

. Verified documents met recording requirements of County Recorder by

ensuring signatures were present and notarized, names and vesting were

correct, legal descriptions and amounts correct, and all concurrent

documents were attached.

. Eliminate items from preliminary report after closing and submit write

up sheet to typing for policy.

. Assisted Customer Service Department by taking requests from Sales

Representatives and Realtors for property profile labels and farm

packages.
