Started in May of 2005 as Production Manager, promoted to Plant Manager in
October of 2005, promoted to VP of Operations in January, 2007. Responsible
for all daily manufacturing and assembly operations in a 24/5 operation
consisting of 100 employees with presses from 88 to 2,000 ton capacity.
Full P/L responsibility. Reports directly to President. Initiated and
completed ISO certification process and installation of real time
production monitoring system.
Home Products International, Inc 1999-
2004
A $250 million per year multi-plant provider of plastic housewares,
personal storage containers, and assemblies.
Director of Operations, Louisiana, MO
Responsible
for accomplishing goals as set by corporate, with full P/L responsibility
and hands-on daily management of operations in a $35 million dollar a year
manufacturing plant. Operation consists of 200 employees on a 24/7
schedule, 24 presses from 300 to 2,000 ton capacity, assembly department,
and $2 million in finished goods, distributed from a 160,000 sq. ft.
warehouse. Reports to Senior V.P. of Operations. Plant was closed through
corporate consolidation of seven manufacturing facilities.
