Relationship Manager Responsibilities were the same as at Alpine Bank.

opportunities. Ensured profitability with each client by streamlining
appropriate services and adjusting fees. Participated and helped with
various community events including the annual March of Dimes fundraiser,

handling qualified plans. Responsibilities included marketing, budgeting,
planning, supervising, and negotiating services and fees with outside

Marketing Manager, 1990 to 1994 Responsibilities included responding to
RFP's, plan design, providing technical support to a network of financial
advisors and employers. Developed new products-was one of the first to
offer a daily valuation product in Colorado. Also was one of the first to
introduced age weighted and cross tested plans. Promoted services to the
financial advisor community. Helped develop departmental goals, prepared
budgets, trained pension administrators, gave presentations and employee
