. Monitor over 20 downstate providers with 497 apartments to ensure that

the downstate HUD sponsor are in compliance with administrative and

programmatic requirements by

1. reviewing and processing grant applications

2. Prepare correspondence and a variety of reports relevant to

the ongoing monitoring of the various Shelter Plus Care

Programs.

3. Provide Technical Assistance to providers
