Manage tax compliance and consulting engagements for high net worth
families focusing on individuals, partnerships, trusts and tax exempt
entities. Serve as primary contact for client engagements;
responsibilities include budgeting, billing, collecting, supervising
associates, and dealing with third party client attorney and
investment advisors. Work closely with clients and firm Managing
Directors in charitable planning for various philanthropic clients.
Represent clients for federal and state tax authorities regarding
notices, audits, and assessments. Research and draft memoranda on
various individual and entity tax issues including federal and state
tax filing requirements, state income sourcing rules, and foreign
filing reporting obligations. Review tax projections for quarterly
