F. E. I. is a major aluminum manufacturing company supplying finished products of
windows, doors and patio/extrusion throughout the state to various accounts. Duties would
include transport of above mentioned items to Tallahassee in the northwest to Jacksonville
in the northeast to Naples in the southwest and Miami in the southeast and all points in
between, offloading and paperwork settlement completes the process. Flatbeds and boxes
are loaded by warehouse crew before departure, returned merchandise settlement if any
is done upon arrival back at the fifth Street plant. Paperwork and logs are completed and
turned into transportation manager and any other duties necessary to finish the day are
completed before clock out. All deliveries are made using late model tandem axle tractors
and 48 to 53 foot flatbeds and boxes.

Driver and Rigging Assistant
All American Crating provides rigging, customized packing and crating for sea, air, or land
shipments. The customer's goods are measured, consolidated for shipment, then crates
and/or skids are designed and built according to size and weight. Depending on packaging
location, they are packed in house or transported to the customer's location and packed,
sealed, and loaded for shipment. My duties involved secure transport of forklifts and other
heavy lifting equipment to customers location, movement of machinery within the plant or
transportation to another location for placement or storage at AAC for later delivery. The
scheduling of equipment for third party delivery at job sites, customer service and account
acquisition. Equipment used for delivery, tandem axle tractors, flatbeds and low boys.

Gasoline Tanker Driver
Energy Dispatch was the gasoline transport division of RaceTrack convenience stores.
Duties would include drop assignments at the beginning of the shift with any special
instructions for each drop, pretrip and equipment check and loading at the Taft terminal
and transport of fuel to two or three stores per tanker load around the Central Florida area.
Sticking of tanks and fuel drop with various paperwork duties and the return trip back to
the terminal. Generally there would be two to five drops per day depending upon drop
locations.

P. M. P. C. Driver
EWA provided nightly air delivery services for Emery and Express Mail (a next day
delivery service) under a contract awarded by the USPS. In 1997, EWA was awarded a
new contract for the sortation and transportation of Priority Mail (a second day delivery
service) in the eastern United States. I was one of approximately 110 drivers hired for the
transportation and sortation of priority mail within the state of Florida. Mail was sorted into
carts loaded in trailers and delivered to major USPS air facilities around the state,
incoming mail was then loaded into the same trailer and delivered back to the Orlando
PMPC for sortation and redelivery. The work schedule was four days a week. Operation
would move into a 24 hour cycle seven days a week starting approximately one month
before Christmas and conclude on December 24th each year. The hiring process and
background checks were extensive and included three to four interviews over a period of
approximately 2 weeks before final hiring. Training lasted for approximately one month
before PMPC became operational.

Route Driver
As a route driver duties were very similar to TG Lee/Pet Dairy. Accounts were company
owned and routes encompassed the entire state. Driver schedules were five days a week
including weekends, typical departure time would be Saturday at 2 AM with overnight stay
on all Panhandle deliveries and return Sunday to include tote pickup ending at the terminal
yard. All other deliveries were same day return, logs were electronic and fueling was done
by the driver before returning to the terminal. Merchandise was hand touch and rollered to
the back of the trailer, checked and verified then resealed by manager before departure to
next store.

Transport Driver & Safety Team member
Initially transport substation route driver for the Orlando Sentinel with knowledge of all city
and state routes. The Sentinel terminated all transportation employees and contracted
with Penske to provide those services. I was retained/rehired to assist in front and insert
delivery along with substation offloading. One of two drivers selected to head up and be
trained for newsprint paper spools/roles (spool weight one ton) transport from the port of
Canaveral to Orlando. In September 96 I was one of two bonded drivers chosen to start
up a new account for transport of high grade pharmaceuticals from Orlando to Miami, a six
day a week account.

As a transport driver for dairy products delivery to commercial accounts (Albertsons, Kash
'n' Kary, Jewel etc.) Responsibilities included load check before departure, product
transport, offload count and cooler placement, the pickup of returns and empties and route
settlement upon the return to Orlando. Route delivery areas covered the entire state from
Jacksonville to Brooksville to Fort Myers to Miami and up the East Coast. I also delivered
fluid and frozen product to branch locations with the same above responsibilities.
