. Creating a Command Center in order to serve the nation's Class II and
Class III Railroads. This project is in support of legislation that I
assisted in drafting with the US Congress.

2003 - 2008
. Created and implemented numerous processes and technologies to enhance
the security and safety of a large corporate headquarters and
worldwide distribution center.
. Created cost savings processes that reduced the annual budget by one
third while increasing the service level.
National Transportation Emergency Call Center (NTECC)
President / Founder
2000 - 2003
. Worked in conjunction with the Federal Railroad Administration, the
United States Senate, and the House of Representatives, via
presentations, meetings, and assisted in the drafting of legislation
. Founded and created the concept of an emergency call center to serve
the nation's short line and regional railroads. I also was an owner
and operator of Aitkin Cellular, Aitkin, MN, during this time frame.

. Responsible for creating and leading the initiative in physical
security for 35,000 employees.
. Designed and staffed a Command Center at the new Corporate
Headquarters, Ft. Worth, TX.
. Assumed major role in the creation of the corporate Business
Continuity Plan and the Critical Incident Response Plan.
. Created and directed Emergency Response plan, for thirty-one states
in the area of physical security and safety initiatives including
processes, procedures, and staff.
. Directed staff of eighteen special agents plus numerous contract
security personnel.

. Created and managed the physical security team and processes of the
BNSF Disaster Recovery Plan.
. Conducted numerous criminal investigations relating to transportation
