Project
. Assisted in designing and optimizing production line layouts.
. Created AutoCAD models and collaborated with contractors to help
facilitate understanding of component interactions and system
layout.
. Analyzed specifications and presented comparative data on food
processing equipment to aid customers through the selection
process.
. Created and processed purchase orders for capital equipment.
. Assist in preparing project budgets.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Auto CAD Solid Works Pro E
MathCAD MS Office C++ Programming
PROJECTS:
Wind Tunnel Data Acquisition System - Designed a graphical user interface
for the University wind tunnel data acquisition system, for the SAE Aero
team using the LabVIEW program. The system was used to collect and process
test data for various aircraft wing designs.
Car Rim - Designed a 22" wheel rim with 5 lug nuts to fit a tire size of
235/40/22 for a school competition. The design was modeled in AutoCAD and
won the best design.
Crank Slider - Created complex 10 parts design and assembled it using Pro-E
and conducted FEM stress analysis to see if the design was practical to
stand against given load.
Spur Gear Design - Calculated forces on tooth of spur gear using MathCAD,
constrained to the given parameters. This was later designed and tested
using Pro-E and FEM.
