Obtain employment utilizing my license as a Registered Nurse.

Functional Summary

For the last five years I worked at Phoenix Children Hospital on the

Neuro/Ortho/Trauma/Rehab unit. I now work PRN as a pediatric home health

nurse caring for a developmentally delayed young man.

Summary of qualifications

I have over five years of direct patient care as a Registered Nurse. I also

have experience working directly with insurance companies in regards to

prior authorization request, claims research, denial appeals and benefit

verification.
