Managed construction quality assurance and control (CQA/CQC) for large

public and private sector projects, providing construction oversight and

regulatory compliance expertise at mines, hazardous waste sites, landfills,

and industrial complexes. Participated in construction management, project

status, and regulatory meetings. Performed site inspections, including

sampling of air, soil, and water for environmental contaminants. Studied

soil borings and groundwater monitoring wells. Tracked site budgets and

progress utilizing the client database and submitted deliverables to

clients and regulators. Transitioned into construction management role,

assisting management with cost estimating and preparation of bids, managing
