Recruited to help transition the US recruitment process to a global team model, specifically guiding the startup and

management of a full spectrum of recruitment operations, systems and programs. Worked with senior management to

create recruitment policies and procedures documentation which serves as baseline to stabilize service at go live;

recruit employees for delivery of Client Company employees; create employee databases. Manage quality audits; and
