Instrumental in revitalization of store 3442 Raleigh, NC.

Improved over all profitability of stores Soft lines and Apparel areas,

through reorganization of stockrooms, re-merchandising of sales floor, and

retraining of associates. Inventory shrink of 1.8 from prior years was

improved to .97 after the first six months and .74 after first full year,

well below company standard. All areas of responsibility were showing sales
