projects, tenant build-outs and overall performance and value enhancement

for two Real Estate Investment Funds. This 5 million square foot

commercial portfolio was comprised of regional/neighborhood shopping

centers, warehouse/manufacturing/flex space parks and high-rise office.

. Ensure operational performance in accordance with investment

objectives;

. Oversee all capital and construction projects, including tenant build

outs (up to $5M), roof replacements (up to $3.5M), building re-

Colorado and Arizona.
