Role In Project:- Worked as a developer and analyst.

Description: This is a complex SAAS based product on document reviewing,

for LPO purpose. I worked as independent developer/analyst on this product.

Some of the tasks I handled includes:

. Reverse Engineering the code, to analyze the scope of change in

completing an asked set of tasks.

. Do bug fixes in the existing code base.

. Develop new asked set of features.

. Do a requirement analysis for new features to be developed; frame

technical design, which actually lists which all functions need to be

modified, added or deleted in which all files to accomplish the task.

. Do code implementation as per convention. Write as clean code as

. The code then moves to code review stage, followed by qa testing

Description: This project is using "Ruby On Rails" as a platform. Client

has tera-bytes of data. "Elastic Search" is implemented making search

operations very quick on Big Data. Search results on data are displayed as

Pivot table structure. User has ability to search results, select to add

counters and graphs from the pivot table data and add it to his dashboard

section.

Role In Project:- Worked with development upgrade team, to upgrade old

versions of existing rightnow client's site, to newer versions. This is a

SAAS based product.

Description:- I have 2 years of experience working with Oracle - RightNow

CRM. I worked as independent squad for Rightnow's upgrade team, to upgrade

old versions of existing rightnow client's site, to newer versions.

Upgrading process involved agile methodology.

What I did was:

. Reverse engineered the projects, requiring upgradation.

. Created stories and tasks based on reverse engineering

. Done estimates on tasks depending on the complexities of the

customizations done.

. Self assigning the tasks and then developing it as per required for

upgradation like:

V Converting queries to ConnectPHP

V Working on changes coming up with upgrades on configuration

messages bases

V Working on changes involving custom reports, as done after

logging through console

V External event upgradation and ensure they continue to work on

upgrade version.

After successful completion of QA on the project, it was deployed to client

in pre-cutover stage. Pre-cutover stage is developed so client can verify

the new upgraded site as against the site on production. After pre- cutover

stage the site is further released to the client. I worked on some of the

tickets raised by client after and before deployment. I worked on about 30

sites which involved upgradation and successfully updated some top

navigation sites, top social-media sites, top-cellular phone providers

sites and many more.

Description:-The project was in OrangeHRM (used customized symfony

structure), especially created for HR department. I created a module for

"Audit Trail", which tracks all the site information from which user logged

in, what all details user edited, when and on which dates and on which

sections. In short it tracked entire activities on site.

Role In Project:-Tradingeye is a e-commerce product with over many clients

spread across the world. My role involved providing end to end solutions to

trading-eye clients, in case they face a technical issue.

What I did was:

. I was involved in resolving client's technical issues like:

V Providing solutions, so client's can successfully resolve

payment gateway issues: involving transactions not working fine;

V Resolve problem with shipping method gateway

V Resolve problem with promotion schemes not working well

V Any other issue client faces during his experience with

Tradingeye.

. I was responsible for answering the clients on the support center,

regarding their technical issues and providing a solution was my

responsibility.

. I fixed any bug pre-existing in the functionality

. I then publish the fix as patch on tradingeye forums.

. I worked with developing new features on the product, which are then

released in newer version.

. I integrated paypro payment gateway to the product and also corrected

the existing 'postage & packaging methods' section. I fixed many bugs

related to wrong VAT calculations depending on countries and provinces they

are applied for and released many patches on minor bugs fixed.

price of the different mobile recharge card schemes.

. Here mobile rates for different countries and further there sub-

regions are managed at admin side, based on which the search is

carried out on this site.

. On the invoice generation the pins number for recharge are also

delivered to the customer. All the pin management and also cards

management based on countries, sub-destinations and also the

corresponding rates are managed from the admin side.

. Import/ Export functionality is also developed for the bulk upload of

pins and destinations based on cards. Ajax and Json also used here.
