2010 Ca.10 years with the Semiconductor & Solar equipment and

during this time I supported 2 years in Germany Applied

Materials with the Semiconductor customers, 5 years with a

new account team in Avezzano/Italy (3 years as CE and 2

years as a team lead) and in last 3 years with our new

solar group I was leading the start up team for the

SunFabs in EU.

As Supervisor

I was looking for forecast workload and manage loan labor

arrangement for our team to support different groups for

all of our Fabs in EU, to Ensure all jobs / projects are

delivered on time, to scope and within budget with optimal

use of allocated resources,

After change from Semiconductor to the Solar group

building up a new Global Start up Team (GST) for our

European projects,
