Objective

I want to be able to use my customer service skills effectively as well as make

my clients feel comfortable enough to entrust me with their requests. I enjoy

serving my clients and welcome any challenge to enhance my customer service

skills.

Qualifications

My experience is and has always been customer service based. In my banking career

I have cash handling, cash balancing, ATM balancing, night depository duties, New

Accounts, Teleservice, Internet Banking also have been briefly trained in Certification Process, monthly and quarterly. In my

retail Career, I had cash handling, cash balancing, data entry,

and merchandising. Most importantly was my relationship with customers and

clients. In every setting I am in, I strive to maintain a level of excellence in

my communication and customer service skills.
