Contact: Richard Matthews
. In January of 2011 my family and I relocated to the Central Florida
area where I was able to return to work for Sysco by March. I work in
the Contract Compliance/Profit Management department, where I audit
customer contracts and perform price verifications. I also maintain
Certificate of Insurance forms as well as Hold Harmless Agreements
from both expense vendors as well as suppliers and make sure they have
the required coverage. I maintain several monthly and weekly reports
to assure customers are receiving the correct pricing. I also create
new contracts for customers as well as addendums to the existing
contracts. Extreme attention to detail is vital in this position.

Payroll Supervisor

Reason for Leaving: Relocation
Contact: Lori Wolner or Patti Cheselske
. I started with the company as a temp in January of 2007 (Hire Factor),
where I became a cashier in the AR department and learned how to
accurately handle all money transactions from paying customers to be
applied to their accounts. I also worked with the credit department
and learned how to create new customer accounts and compile all needed
forms for their applications.
. In July of 2007 I was promoted to a contract compliance position in
the Profit Management department, where I learned how to input vendor
and customer pricing contracts as well as promotional, marketing and
fixed billings.
. In January of 2008 I was promoted to the Accounting Supervisor
position, where I learned to process the weekly payroll, as well as
maintain general ledger accounts and payroll reconciliations. In this
position I directly supervised four accounts receivable employees,
maintaining their weekly hours as well as performing annual
performance reviews. I also learned to manually calculate hourly
employees and make manual adjustments and corrections. Another
important task I completed was the billing for healthcare (union and
non-union employees) as well as pension trust funds. In this position,
deadlines were necessary and the information was extremely sensitive.
. In July 2009 I was moved to the HR department and my title was changed
to Payroll Supervisor, where I maintained my prior payroll
responsibilities but also learned about work labor laws, I-9 forms,
proper employee filing, etc. Another task I performed was phone
screenings for candidates who wanted to apply for our company. I was
also responsible for filing annual VETS reports, maintaining all pay
increases and keeping employee data up-to-date. Another responsibility
of mine was enrolling new employees and maintaining all benefits, as
well as keeping detailed logs of all transactions completed. I also
assisted with auditing and responding to the government with inquiries
on unemployment or disability claims.

Escrow Clerk

Reason for leaving: Company was unstable, paychecks were bouncing and
turnover was high.
Contact: Jay Jones
. I started with this company as a receptionist and within a week I was
promoted to an Escrow Clerk position. In this position I communicated
mainly with customers, but also contacted the brokers/sellers/agents
etc. I also researched potential properties all over the US that the
company's investors may have interest in. Other responsibilities
included creating property files, opening titles, ordering
inspections, data entry, and filing. I completed the basic Consulting
Training and became a Jr. Consultant. Before leaving I received a
framed Certificate of Appreciation from the President of the company.
I left the company quite soon due to many factors. The office
environment was very uncomfortable, there were unexposed cameras and
microphones implanted throughout the suite. The turnover was
incredibly high, no health benefits were offered, and my paychecks
from the company started to bounce regularly. It did not feel stable.
