Objective As an Old-School printer, I am looking for a hard working printing company, not afraid to

get it right and for a profit. To paraphrase my former plant manager at Multicolor, Ken Peizuco, “ (I’m) too

passionate about my job.” Multicolor stopped our Profit Bonus and then wrote off 1 million dollars in corporate

office moving expenses, and a few million more to settle an infringement of confidential use legal case in

California. All the while wasting untold money at the Batavia plant I worked at. After winning a technical discussion

about how to produce flexo printing plates, Ken let me go with the afore mentioned phrase. We were told that if

we could get back to making a profit (due to plant expansion that went bad) we would get our profit sharing

bonuses back, a 17% per quarter bonus. This was not to be no matter what we or I did.
