"Child Safety Smart House" was created to ensure a child's
safety in the home. Focuses on one room, the kitchen. Consists of
using 5 Flexi Force sensors below 5 points on a mat to determine
weight, IR sensors at 2 and 5 feet of the doorway to determine
height and an ultrasonic sensor to determine how far a child is
from the stove and sound an alarm. Those collective elements
programmed/designed with correct circuitry and the A to D converter
are used to keep a child safe in the kitchen.
ECEN 452, Wireless Communication Systems
